    Description

    The Gerstenberg Schroder Kombinator is a compact scraped surface heat exchanger designed for various high-viscosity applications within the Fats and Oils industry.
    It provides high crystallization performance, minimal downtime, and easy maintenance.
    Approximate 28 Total Square Feet
    Model WMK 178/1400KCF
    316 Stainless Steel
    Approximate 250mm diameter x 1400mm long jacketed chamber with a pin rotor mounted in the front.
    Top tube driven by 5.5 kw, 3/50/415volt, 1440 rpm gear motor, output 121rpm. Pin rotor driven by a 3kw, 3/50/415volt, 1440 rpm gear motor. 1-1/2 inch Inlet and outlet.
    Mounted on a carbon steel frame with stainless steel sides.
    Approximate output 1000 liters per hour.
    Last used to manufacture Margarine.
